• Disputes should be resolved directly between parties

Limitation of Liability

PlantOnSite provides a platform for connecting construction industry professionals. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality of work performed by users
• Verify all user credentials or certifications
• Take responsibility for disputes between users
• Guarantee availability or uninterrupted service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the account settings page.
